Customers are responsible for validating operational decisions before implementation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KioTek shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits
Loss of production
Business interruption
Data loss
Consequential damages
Indirect damages
Special damages
Incidental damages
KioTek’s total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless KioTek, its employees, officers, directors, affiliates, and contractors from claims arising from:

Unauthorized system modifications
Regulatory violations by the customer
Inaccurate information supplied by the customer
KioTek reserves the right to:

Upon termination:
Outstanding fees become immediately due.
